Hello,
I’m trying to work out how to create an audio file of a melody with chord symbols in order to make a play along track for students.

Is it possible to use the realized chords plugin rather than write everything out? Or perhaps it’s best to create a part from the realised chords and tweak that part? Or is there a better way?

Any ideas would be a great help!
Thank you.

It is probably easier to just create a part yourself, to get the exact style you want than to futz about with the plugin. Then select only the chord track and export selection as audio

I use the realise chords plugin quite a bit, to set things up, and then tweak. The chord every beat option is my usual way to get things started, with left/right hand piano, and then deleting notes in each part to get a reasonable accompaniment. It's a bit lazy, but I'm generally quite pleased with the results,
