How to see the value of MIDI velocity in Sibelius?

I know something like ppp=20, pp=39, …, ff = 113, fff = 127.
But how about accent, staccato, how to know about that velocity?

Accent and staccato and other articulations are NOT dynamics. Those techniques vary the attack and length of notes. AFAIK, their parameters are controlled by their definitions in the playback dictionary.

Oh, that's right! They are articulation. so is there any way we could find the playback dictionary of these articulations?
