Part name prints on two lines in PDFs

I am cleaning up a file supplied by another Sibelius user.
The header after the first page of the file I am working on is "Viola 2". For some reason, when I print (using Acrobat professional), this text appears as two lines... Apart from the fact that it obscures other text and even music on some pages, I would like to try to understand why this would happen (and how to fix it, obviously!)
