I write jazz leadsheets which typically have a layout of 4 measures per system. In older Sibelius there was a plug-in "Make Layout Uniform" which would review the document and change the layout, taking into account a pick up measure.
I am not able to find it in Sibelius Ultimate. I've looked at plug ins on the Review section of the ribbon. I've looked at plug ins under the file tab. I'm not finding it. I know I can do a system line break at each individual 4 bar segment but what a waste of time. Any ideas? Thanks!!

If you type Make Layout Uniform into the command search box, it will come up in the list. This works for any command within sibelius.
