I own a perpetual licence (Sibelius Artist, it used to have other names), but since my update plan expired, Sibelius aborts, I can't even start existing sib-files, and Avid does not respond anymore to any mail and is otherwise unreachable.
What can I do?

I could not register at the official forum. Could it be that this was also dus to the expiration of my update plan?
