Changing Tuplet Ratios & Groupings of existing notation

Greetings,

I've imported a MIDI file and some of the tuplet notations are inconsistent.
In the attached image, in the highlighted measure, you'll notice that the triplets on beats two and three are beamed in a group of six using three groups of two. I'd like them notated as the fourth beat is; just as a 3:2 triplet.
In the passage circled in blue the same thing occurs with quarter note triplets.

I've been through the plug-ins and the "Change Tuplet Ratio" only changes the number 6 to a 3 and doesn't change the grouping.

I've been hacking at this for a few hours and am stumped.

Help!

Importing MIDI files is often problematic. You'd almost certainly find it faster to simply re-input the notes as you want them. If you have lots of similar issues throughout the score, correct the first few, then copy and paste the correct tuplet groups and adjust the note pitches as required.
