ketpad missing

I can't get any version of "keypad" to show on my Sibelius "ultimate". Tried the variosus dated recommendations. Help would be appreciated.

On the view tab, check whether the keypad box is ticked. If it is, but you still can't see it, have you had multiple monitors on your computer? The keypad could be on that monitor. There are a couple of other things you could try.

It might help to know exactly what version of Sibelius you're using, rather than just 'ultimate', and the version of the Mac O/S you're running. Older versions of Sibelius aren't compatible with later Mac O/S, throwing up all sorts of odd issues.

Something Sibelius should tell you: if you increase 'translucency' to 100% in Sib. Display Preferences (I tried to, because my monitor isn't very bright), your keypad will completely disappear! Wasted hours working this out yesterday!
