Open File only one time at once

Hello people.
I recently made an update from version 2020 to version 2023.

In the past version if I tried to open a file that was already opened I always got a warning message.

With this version ,this message doesn't come, and sometimes I open the same file twice by mistake... which provokes some troubles at saving...

Do you know how to solve this issue?

I would like to avoid to have the same file open twice at the same time.
