Authenticating issue

Hi,

I’m trying to manually enter my product keys and license number into Avid Link on my new laptop.

I need to press the ‘Next’ or ‘Authenticate’ button, or whatever it is supposed to be, but there isn’t one!

I’ve tried restarting computer, re-opening, restarting program, but there is still no button.

Any ways around this?

You can no longer register/activate sib 7 by yourself. There is a route to contact registration support, but it can be difficult to find on the website with all those stupid flashy and pretty useless flying adverts. Email ingrid.guce@avid.com and explain the situation. Give her your registration details and I'm sure she will sort you out.

Ingrid is a very helpful lady!

But here are some instructions that may get you up and running:

No ads, just step by step instructions. If they don't work the way they should (and the system wouldn't generate the correct 'bin' file for me) then email Ingrid. After a couple of failed attempts, she generated the file for me and emailed it! Problem solved,
