Sibelius not saving parts

I am using Sibelius Ultimate. When I save my score after formatting several parts, and reopen the Sib file, it opens without the formatted parts. this has not happened in the past.Is there a preference that causes this?

AFAIK, parts which may have been open when the score was saved are not automatically opened. Select any bar in the top part and press w. This should open the top part pressing [ctrl/cmd]# will cycle through all parts and back to the score.
