Loading playback device

Hi,

I have an odd issue when opening Sibelius Ultimate. Sometimes it loads my playback device, NotePerformer, and sometimes it will not.

What odd about that is it happens with the exact same score. When I save and quit and then reopen, it will not load NotePerformer sometimes. I can not check to see if if it does this with other other playback devices, because I don't have one.

The issue is random. I am not chaning the payback device on any score. It's always NotePerformer.

Any thoughts on why it is doing this?
