Registration issues

If have Sibelius open and idle for several hours, I often get a message that my copy of Sibelius is not registered and I'm put into "read-only" mode. The only remedy seems to be to register again in AvidLink, then quit and restart Sibelius. I have a perpetual license. Running Sibelius Ultimate 2023.6 on Monterrey. Anyone else experience this? It's annoying!

I think you'd find a full discussion in a thread (or two!) on the official Sibelius chat page - http://www.sibelius.com/cgi-bin/helpcen ... ?groupid=3

IIRC, this is a Mac issue, and the simplest solution was not to leave Sibelius open in that way. Not 100% certain. But someone on that forum will know, I'm sure!

Thanks for the reply. I could not find the relevant thread in the chat page, but I will take your for it that this is a known issue that we have to live with.
