I want to have two scores open at the same time so that I can copy parts from one score to the other. Thanks. I'm using Ultimate. If the answer is in the manual please let me know where it is.

Not sure if this is in the manual, because it just works as any Mac app that opens documents - open both scores, and copy away. I do this from time to time, as I am sure many others do.

Yes, just open both scores. You can switch between them and copy and paste, much like most apps. One app open, but two or more files open.
