I have just opened a score that I first started on the iPad. By bassoon part is showing red out of range errors but are clearly in range.
Is there a way to reset?

Out of Range error
Just check that your bassoon staff is really that.
Does the part play back at the correct pitch?
Make an instrument change to bassoon before the instrument name.
If this doesn't correct the issue, check that the notes aren't actually coloured (use the colour wheel on the Home tab).
