I started a new gig. I asked my new job for Sibelius from the same dealer that I got it from at the old job. I'm getting nothing but problems. I can't upload training files for my choir members. I get a message telling me to upgrade my cloud services. But, I have the services
I've even tried a clean reinstall by wiping the register in Windows, nothing works. I got this message from Sibelius.
"For some reason, the entitlement were not moved to the new account.
This has been fixed, please tell the customer to try refreshing Avid link, then export a score via cloud."
It made no difference. I'm getting plenty tired of this. Sam Butler, I need your help!!
