Jazz Sheet with only chords, no stave

Please look at first attachment „ but not for me“.
I try to do this in SIB Ultimate.
No chance.
There is an instrument „No instrument, show measure lines“, but i can‘t get spacing and barlines and font right.
(see second attachment „Sway“).
any help would be great.
