Noteperformer won't export

I have converted a musical I wrote, using Sibelius sounds, to Noteperformer. Vastly superior. Now I'm trying to export these files, converting them to audio files. When I do, they open Mac Music and play with the original Sibelius sounds. I can't seem to get Noteperformer to make the switch. Does anyone else have this problem?
