context menu - broken

I'm trying to use the figured bass context menu but it doesn't contain the figured bass symbols. I've been using this happily for years but suddenly all the symbols are just random characters. I've checked in the Text > Styles that the figured bass word menu is set (it is). Other context menus work ok.

Does anyone know how to fix /reset this menu?
