generic metronome marking change

Hi All, I have a piece with multiple metronome markings entered. Is there a way to get Sibelius to decrease all markings by a fixed amount (eg. say 5 bpm, or say 2%), or do I have to amend each marking individually? I can't find any information about this online so am hoping the forum can help. I'm using Sib 6.
