Sibelius / Sonar audio engine doesn't share

Sibelius seems to steal the audio engine from my DAW, Sonar. I can run both programs simultaneously, but only the one I launch first will play sound. They don't share the audio engine while both apps are running.

Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, how did you solve it?

Here's my gear:

Sonar 8, Sibelius 5, EMU 1820 sound card, ASIO drivers
Vista x64
