I have read the documentation of creating sound sets. I have created a sound set for the JV-1080 Sessions sounds and it works. I also created a sound set for the JV-1080 Orch. sounds and I am having a problem.
My Question:
Does the Sound ID effect the playing of a sound? All the sounds work on the score I am creating expect for Tuba 1. I cannot see any problems with the patch numbers. I am creating them with 1-128. The my banks are 84-0 and 84-1. Also I noticing a problem with what is displaying on my JV-1080. The first sound in the score always displays even when I am trying to test the other sounds in the score. I would expect Sibelius 6 to send the correct information to the JV-1080.
Does anyone out there us a JV-1080 with the expansion cards and do you create you patches as 0-127 or 1-128?
Seems to be trial and error and right now mostly error.
