Basic Midi Problem. Help!

I just got a new Axiom Pro and I can't get it to work properly with Sibelius. I want to do simple note entry but the notes I enter are not correct in Sibelius. I want a "C" to appear in Sibelius when I hit middle "C". Most of the keys don't register anything in Sibelius. This is very frustrating. Note entry is such as simple task yet I have found it to be incredibly difficult and complex on the Axiom Pro's. I had no problems with this before I upgraded from my Keystation. I have found nothing helpful in any of the manuals or other forums. Can someone please help me so I can get back to writing smoothly and easily. Thank you!
