I have been working with the tech's at Sibelius and we've been unable to resolve my problem so I thought I'd turn to the forum for help.
I have a DD-502 Digital Drum Kit that I've interfaced with my computer through an Alesis USB2MIDI cable. The problem is that I can only input notes to Sibelius in "Step-time", not "Flex-time".
Tech support had me download MIDI-OX to try and find the problem but I cannot open both MIDI-OX and Sibelius at the same time without getting the following error message. "There is not enough memory available for this task. Quit one or more applications to increase available memory, and the try again".
I have quit every program and I have 16gig of ram on the computer an still get the same error message.
Any suggestions on how to solve my "Flex-time" problem would be greatly appreciated.

That sounds like a driver issue with the interface. Latest drivers correctly installed?

I just checked the USB2MIDI driver and it is current.
