Exporting audio off-line

In Sibelius 7.5 when I export the full score in .wav Sibelius plays the whole score as it exports taking up several minutes. In previous versions it exported off-line without any playback and was much faster. I use Sibelius 7 sounds with Sibelius Player and the only sounds I use are Concert Grand Piano or voice.

What do I need to do export off-line?

I use 7.5 on windows 10 and it has always exported faster than real time. I understand that if something is selected in the score, or if a track is soloed, export can be slowed down. Default settings for export are, bit depth = 16 bit, and sample rate = 44.1 kHz.
The score should not playback during export. Double check audio engine options.

In the export window the settings are 16 bit and sample rate 44.1Hz.
In the Playback Device window the active device is Sibelius Player and the sound set is Sibelius 7 sounds.
In the Audio Engine Options the Audio Interface is Primary Sound Driver (DS)
The Virtual Instruments folder is Avid VST Plugins

The music I work with is four part choral and I use the sliders on the Mixer to alter the volume of particular parts for export. Is there any settings in the Mixer that should be altered?

Sometimes this works:

Search for and delete these two folders. PlogueEngine folder and Playback Configurations folder.
Search for and delete, PlaybackConfig.xml.

Sibelius will rebuild them the next time you start it.

Hi Bob - I tried that several times and, as you said, Sibelius puts them back in when it starts. Still no luck. It still plays back as it exports.
Any other suggestions?
Tom

What OS?
What happens if you switch from Direct Sound driver?

I am on Windows 10.

In the Audio Engines page the interfaces available are:
MS Sound Mapper - output (MMR)
Speaker (Realtek High Def) (MME)
Primary Sounds (DS)
Speaker (Realtek High Def Audio) (DS)
Speaker (Realtek High Def Audio) (WASAP)
I have tried them all, restarting Sibelius each time, but with no affect. I have restored it to Primary Sounds (DS)

I find that I still have Sibelius 7 installed. Should that not have been uninstalled when I upgraded to 7.5? Should I uninstall it or does 7.5 require files from 7?
