the mordent is not working properly

the upper or lower mordent in chromatic mode does not work correctly (Sibelius 7.5.0).
How can I fix this problem?

In the Symbols tab of the playback Dictionary, make sure Play ornament is selected for mordent and inverted mordent.
On the other hand, it looks like you are using the ornament plugin. I guess you'll need to experiment. What instrument is this for.
