Mixed Sound Libraries

Postby Diceman » Thu Feb 14, 2019 10:29 am

Esteemed colleagues,
Is there an easy way to use different library sounds in one score?
For example, the latin percussion sounds are good in Sibelius 7 sounds, and the horns are great in Noteperformer, I would like to use both in the same score playback.
Possible?

Check out about creating a new playback configuration in the manual. I'm not sure how well it will work with NP.

it works very well for me.

Create a new configuration based on sib 7 sounds then add however many instances you need of NP. Save it with a new name
Sib 6.2, 7.5 and 2019.1, Windows 10, 8MB RAM, 7TB 7200RPM Storage, Note Performer 2, EWQLSO, EWQLSC, Harmony Assistant and some others.

Thanks Chaps,

I'll give that a try. I need to be more of a manual kind of guy.

Cheers
