Buffer Size Stuck at 8

Hey!

I'm currently running Sibelius Ultimate on my new PC (Windows 10 64 bit) through a focusrite Scarlett 6i6 interface,
and playback seems very choppy. To fix this I went to the audio engine options to increase the buffer size, but I found the only option to be 8. Like, there's NO other listed options. The ASIO Control Panel is currently set to 256 as is everywhere else I could think of. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Changing the other settings doesn't unlock other options. My PC should be easily capable of handling at least 512, so I'm confused.

I have a 2i4 and the issue is the same. Change the buffer size in the actual scarlett provided app. A word of caution, do not change the smaple rate to anything other than 44100.
