Synth and Electronic Instruments Not Playing Dynamics

I've recently got Sibelius and trying to fine tune my settings and I've noticed that all electronic instruments won't play crescendos or decrescendos. Sometimes they will play written dynamics, but will only play the first marking. If you go from forte to mezzopiano, it will stay forte the whole time. I am new so there might be a simple button that I need to activate. I'm running Sibelius Ultimate and the Ultimate sounds.
