I'm working on a full orchestral score and it has developed a jump midway through a section to an earlier spot, without any instruction from me. I have inspected every instrument and there is no instruction anywhere for this to happen. On the timeline (see pic) the jump to the earlier bars (from 51 to 28) is featured, but I don't know where it's come from and there is nothing in the score which asks for it. It is also ignoring repeat marks, even though the inspector suggests they're fine.

I have tried everything - deleting bars, removing repeats, saving as a new file, etc. Nothing works. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks.

We can't possibly diagnose this without the actual score to examine. I might guess that there's a manual repeat somewhere, but you'd have to check in Play-->Repeats-->Manual repeats. Other than that, send the score to me via email (mike@mike-lyons.co.uk)

Solved! Thanks so much Mike. It was indeed manual repeats - I'd forgotten they existed.
