SIBELIUS FIRST 2020.6 - NO SOUND IN MacOS CATALINA

Hello everybody, I just downloaded the free Sibelius First (2020.6), and it installed on Catalina (MacOS 10.15), it even gave me a little jingle as it started. However, there is no sound (i.e., the <Mixer> shows there is sound going on, but nothing in the speakers.) If someone knows what to do, any help will be appreciated,
