MIDI output stopped working

I like to have Sibelius play the notes in MIDI as I select them or edit them, and I have a sound set that sends thme to a particular MIDI device. I recently tried the demo of NotePerformer, not sure if this was related, but now I can't get my MIDI output to work. I've poked through every option. Screen shots attached. (EDIT: I have version 8.4.1)
