You'll probably see me again on the other forum as well.
We have found that length of post can have an effect, but also various numbers of brackets, angle brackets, square brackets and odd items of punctuation can all affect whether or not your post goes through.
Best policy - keep it short if you can, if you have to post a long 'un then post it in bits. Nobody will mind. We're all used to it.
