I can´t get Quarter tones sound properly in playback. Solution, any one?

Details are important.
We need to know:

Your OS (Win Mac) and which version of the OS
Your tier and version of Sibelius
HOW you are trying to achieve your quarter tones and a sample score or image to help us understand what you are doing.

Here is some more information:

Windows 10.
Sibelius 6:2.
I tried to put in quarter flat/quarter sharp from the keypad.
I´ve also tried to adjust thru Playback - Quarter tone playback.

Can you attach a screenshot of a bar where quarter tones are not working?
Also, if you select a note and press the quartertone symbol on the keypad, does it not appear? It won't playback automatically in Sib 6, but the plugin will make it work by adding MIDI messages.

Oh, sorry - I missed that. But fore some reason I can´t attach anyting right now. Tried two different kinds of screenshots and also graphic created from Sibelius. ;( Do you think you can give som advice without that information? It would be fantastid if you can helt med out with this!

Not really. I need to see what you have tried. If you want to, you could email me the actual sib file, but without images I'm really at a loss. I can't get the plugin to work on Sib 6, because I have too many installed that I use regularly and it won't let me access it. However, it works perfectly well in sib 2021.12
