I recently upgraded to the Sibelius Ultimate 2022.5 version and am encountering problems with the playback of Sibelius files with attached Video/Audio that I never encountered previously. Specifically, if I set the Playback Timcode "Start Video from" setting to anything greater than 1.0, the playback of the Video/Audio will start playback at 0.0 and then start again at the specified time. And further, at 0.0 it starts the Video from the specified time. So, it's starting the Video/Audio twice:

I have many Sibelius files with attached Video/Audio that played back correctly with the previous Sibelius versions and now, they all playback incorrectly as described above.

I could use some help.

Using video with sibelius is not something I do. You would be better asking this question at the official Avid Sibelius forum here: https://www.sibelius.com/cgi-bin/helpce ... &groupid=3.

Okay, thanks, I thought that's what this was.

Alas, many people still seem to think that this is the official Sibelius Forum - it has the name for it! It was originally the place where users of cracked copies of Sibelius (who couldn't register on the official site) came for answers. Back in those pre-Avid days even Sibelius staff would chip in, presumably hoping to persuade people to go legit!

But now, with just 3 of us answering questions (and we've all threatened to leave but are somehow still here) I sometimes wonder how and why the site's Admin/Owners still keep it going.

Wow, sorry to hear that but glad there are three of you still plugging away - the three amigos or God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost - whichever one fits. Anyway, I did post my question in the "official" forum at your suggestion and with your link. Thanks, again, for your help.
