As we are apparently not sharing the same language, could you please describe what actually happens? "Sib bugs" conveys absolutely nothing.

Does the sound burble or glitch?
Do you get error messages?
Do you get the wrong sounds playing?
Does the sound peak/clip?
Something else?

What is your OS?What version of the OS?
What exact version and tier of sibelius are you using?

Help us to help you.

The expression 'a total bug' or crash is perhaps more clear, which means that you can do nothing anymore except restart or looking at an eternal spinning wheel. This crashing happens quite often, as said, after changing settings of Effects in Sibelius play.

Your version of Sibelius is incompatible with Monterey. You need Ultimate V 2022.3 at least, so I'm afraid you'll have to upgrade to the latest version of Sibelius Ultimate. More expense, but that's Apple's fault for making so many changes to the O/S and not allowing backwards compatibility. In comparison, Windows 11 can run almost any version of Sibelius, as far back as 5 and possibly 4.

If you're using any third party effects plug-ins, you may find that Monterey has broken them too. :(
