When I export a midi file from a Sib. score that has chord names( C, G7, F) etc I can't see the chord names when I look at the score on my Yamaha Tyros. I see the notes but not the chord names.

Anyone out there that knows how to remedy this?

Thanks!

Sib 6.2 is not compatible with newer Mac operating systems. All sorts of things crop up, this may be one of them.

In any case, chord symbols aren't part of the MIDI standard, and Sib 6.2 won't export them to a MIDI file. If the Yamaha has a way of interpreting chord names from a guitar or keyboard part it may worth using the Sibelius plugin 'Realize chord symbols' to create such an instrument and re-export to MIDI and see if that works.
