Hello!
Brand new user here. My apologies if this has already been asked of the forum but I did not find it after searching.

I'm on an iPad Air (5th Gen) OS 17.3.1
MIDI keyboard is a KORG microKEY Air 37 with lastest V1.05 firmware installed.
Sibelius app 2023.11
This keyboard supports direct USB and Bluetooth connection.

With a direct USB connection, all is fine: can enter notes and hear them echo back on the iPad's speakers.
WIth the Bluetooth connection, the app can see and connect to my keyboard under "Bluetooth MIDI Devices" tab, but I can't enter notes nor hear any playback output when the keys are pressed on the keyboard.

I also seems that my only option is "input/output" for that bluetooth device connection? My little KORG doesn't have any speakers.

So the simple config I'm after is to be able to input notes over bluetooth and have the output sent to the speakers of the iPad. Essentially just like what I get when I'm wired USB between my iPad and keyboard but using bluetooth instead.

I can get this Bluetooth connection to work fine in Musescore and Garageband on my iPad so the KORG keyboard is fine.

Thank you very much in advance for any help.

Sibelius can only address one output device at a time. Make sure your bluetooth speakers are selected in audio engine options.

I'm not using bluetooth speakers. I'm wanting to use my bluetooth midi keyboard for note input only.
For sound output, I want it to go to my iPad built-in speakers.

I would think that my desired set up is very simple and supported...?
thanks

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

If the keyboard shows up in input devices in sibelius when connected by Bluetooth, then technically it should be able to be used. However, Bluetooth is notoriously laggy and you may well find it impossible to use for input. I'd stick to wired connection.
