SLOW OPENING

Hi -- I used Photoscore Ultimate 6 successfully on Windows XP but since changing to Windows 7 I experience a 20 second delay when opening the program (either individually or from within Sibelius). The same delay applies when I click scan page and also when I click scan from the Photoscore dialogue. I've downloaded the free 6.1 upgrade but with no improvement.
