Deleting an entire measure

I have been trying to delete an entire measure in a PhotoScore document, however selecting all the notes in the measure and pressing Delete only deletes the notes, and leaves me with an empty measure. Does anyone know how the measure can be deleted altogether? Thanks for any help!

Crtl-click it. It will turn purple, then delete it.

Hi Andy, I tried that but it doesn't work (after Ctrl+clicking the measure on either stave, or indeed between the staves, the Delete command is greyed out)

How about just deleting the bar line and notes? And a manual tidy up (or a rescore).

(This is in Photoscore I take it, and not Sibelius where the Ctrl Click method mentioned above would work).

I am having the same problem with photoscore which inserted a bogus measure at the beginning of a staff, with nothing but clefs. No matter what I have tried, I can't figured out how to delete that measure, or even the duplicate clefs.

I also have the same problem with PhotoScore 8. If the scaned score contains a line with any kind of barline right after the key and time signature it inserts a fake empty bar before this barline. This bar is not visible but the rests are played while playback. The bar can't be selected.
Any ideas, how to delete it?

It's not always possible to get a perfect score in PS. Rather than spending so much time trying, just send it to Sibelius and fix it there.
