No Print icon on SCORCH toolbar

I am exporting a score as a SCORCH web page and have checked the "Allow Printing and Saving" box. However when I load the web page I never get these two buttons.
Everything else works fine. I get a transpose button, it plays fine, and all the other buttons are there. But never a print button or save button.
Can someone help this newbie please? Thanks!
