How can you use Sibelius opus symbols in Text document

Is there a step by step to use the Sibelius music symbols, like Opus , in a text document outside Sibelius ?

You can add symbols, I think. I don't think you can extract default symbols. It there is, it might be cofered in the section of the manual that tell you how to add them.

If you describe for us exactly what you are trying to achieve, we might be able to tell you how to do it. What you have said so far is rather vague.

Oh my dear was not meaning to be vague,
But,
a specific example of what I need to do is text versions of note names, ie instead of for example a note symbol with an accidental, a capital letter followed by an accidental. Lined up with the text font in a text software. Once I can do that I can do whatever else i need.

I have not found anything in the manual to copy and use font symbols installed and accessed by Sibelius.
This inquiry is what can I do with Sibelius fonts not other fonts from other companies or people.

If you choose the correct font within your word processor, you can type or insert glyphs using the character map (in windows) Macs have their own thing.

Is the attached the kind of thing you were thinking of? You'll have to unzip it first as the forum won't allow .doc as an extension!
