Hi Everyone!
I have problems with notating chords that contains accidentals using the interval numbers method? I try to notate F7/Eb in the key of Eb.
I press E for Eb, that works. Then I press 2 for F, that works too. But then I press 7 on the numerical keyboard for a natural and the press 3 for an A, but an Ab gets notated. No natural accidental. But if I choose 8 for sharp instead, I get an A natural.
Is this the way it's supposed to be or is this a bug? Thanx for any help!

Notate chords with accidentals using interval numbers
There's something wrong with the way your keypad is working. I'm guessing from your name that you're not using a UK/US keyboard set up and that may explain things.
That chord should indeed be input as E, 2, [natural]3, 3. Just tried it and Eb, F, A , C was notated.

You don't say which version of sib you are using. I distinctly remember coming across an issue like this in sib 7-ish. It affected all text. The natural on numpad 7 did not always produce the expected result.
Sib 6.2, 7.5 and 2024.3.1, Windows 11, 32GB RAM, 16TB 7200RPM Storage, 2TB SSD, Note Performer 4, EWQLSO, EWQLSC, Harmony Assistant and some others. mike@mike-lyons.co.uk
