Last note of page, Sib automatically scrolls to next page...

Sibelius beginners can discuss all things Sibelius here ("how do I...?").

Is there any way to stop this behaviour? Whenever I insert the last note of a page (last bar of any instrumental part), sibelius just automatically bumps me over to the next page. Which means I then have to scroll back to the previous page to see any technique/expression markings etc. I wish to add, not to mention if I want to continue working on this bar in other instrumental parts... Cheers for any advice.

You could try working in panorama mode and change these settings (see attached)

Is the panoramic view superior to the default view or should a beginner not be getting used to it?

I didn't used to like the panorama idea. the concept struck me as 'not quite kosher'. However, it avoids probllems like the jumping about and can be useful when writing chamber music because you can more clearly see the musical phrases without constant interruptions from system breaks.
