Issue with Inspector: SOLVED

Hello,
I am having a weird issue when trying to use the Inspector for editing notes. When I right click on a note and under the Playback tab, the checkbox options for "Live duration" and others have disappeared. I am attaching a screenshot.

I used to see these options before but at some point I stopepd seeing them. Not sure why this would happen.

Any thoughts ot help greeatly appreciated.

I realized I need to turn on live play back....it works now.
