We have an issue with Sibelius clients not activating via the License server. Everything looks to be correct on the License Server Control Panel, and the Server hosting the License software is accessible from the clients.
One the client computers, the Avid Application Manager doesn't connect to the Avid account and the status in the Licensing is shown as "Not Activated".
I would be grateful for any assistance with this issue.

You should ask this question on the official forum rather than this unofficial site. You'll probably be advised to raise a case with Avid, but their staff do monitor their own forum and will often help. They never come here!
