change of mac and problem with Sibelius Ultimate

Hello
Can somebody help on this? When I changed computer and just got the new MacbookM1 pro I get to open Sibelius First but not my Sibelius Ultimate, I cannot deactivate it looks activated in my Avid but cannot open it...Heeelppp! Thank you very much Cristina
