Hi there. I am running Sibelius Ultimate version 2024.3.1 build 3317 with note performer 4 on Mac Sonoma OS 14.4.

When writing for the piano, I find that when there are staccato dots in the left hand, any non-staccato notes in the right hand are curtailed. Or to put it another way, staccato in the left hand seems to cause staccato in the right hand (please see attached file).

This happens only when Noteperformer 4 is chosen. General Midi is fine.

Is this fixable via Sibelius, or is it probably an issue for Wallender?

Thank you.

There is a setting in
File-->Preferences-->playback.
Untick the box next to use same slot for all staves of keyboard instruments
