Avid Link Working?

Avid Link Working?

Hi folks,
I'm experiencing troubles to access Avid link.
It takes a long time until the Profile Sign in page opens, and then it doesn't allow me to log in.
Do you know if Avid Link is it working?
If not, is there another way to activate Sibelius without the need of Avid Link?

Unfortunately, there is no other way.
You have to login to your account. Have you tried logging into your account through your web browser first?

Then see if avid link will connect.
